Aradiant is one of the few vendors today that actively works in the field of servicing and supporting drying, curing, and coating systems of all types of printing machines. We have extensive experience in printing presses and the integration of machinery in them.
We work inside printing presses on a daily basis. Everything from small offset like Heidelberg GTO and Ryobi 750 thru commercial/packaging machines (Heidelberg, Komori, Roland, KBA, and Ryobi). We also have experience on large format legacy presses (Harris, Miehle, Crabtree, Komori and Mitsubushi). In addition we have worked on and equipped narrow web flexo since 1993 and even CI flexo machines.
Service & Support for Aradiant manufactured equipment:
One of our strengths is that we install, service and support all of the machines we have built since 1985. When you purchase an Aradiant system, you can be assured that the same people that design, build and install the machine will service and support it.
Service & Support for competitor’s machinery:
Many of our competitor’s have either closed and/or no longer support their machines. As a result, we have increasingly been asked to repair, update, and/or replace competitor’s drying equipment. In many instances we can provide or manufacture parts for obsolete machines.
In addition to installing and servicing all systems we have built in the past 35 years, we have also service, repaired and/or modified IR, UV Arc, and LED UV systems: Air Motion (AMS), Baldwin, Colordry, Grafix, Wallac Knight, Jacque Devries, Eltosch, Nordson, Prime, Harris and Bruno, Amjo, Brewer, III (Illumination Industries, Iwasaki (EYE), Honle, Konig and Bauer (KBA), IVT, and Pierry.
Since each manufacturer made many different models, along with changes to those models, we need to specifically understand what machine build you have. This process most easily starts with a phone call, and then a simple survey sheet we provide to you, along with a few pictures you send to us of your equipment.
